I was so looking forward to staying here and I can't tell you how disappointed we were when we arrived. It was nothing like the pictures - the rooms were filthy and the staff really rude. What's more it was by a main road and really noisy. Even with ear plugs we did not sleep and ended up checking out early and going somewhere else even though we lost some money. One of the reasons we booked here was because the food looked nice but in truth it was nothing like we imagined. The meat was tough, vegetables overcooked, staff really rude and seemed like they just wanted to go home! I have stayed in hotels of all types and I can honestly say this is one of the worst - beware! I would recommend Hotel Terra Mar in Llafranch - great, or the Mas Salvi in Pals also.
