Very good location, on the sandy beach. A lot of food, not bad food, but dirty dishes (plates, glasses). The pool is small, but I didn't use it (almost nobody did) because the see was in front of the hotel and the water was clean and warm. The chamber maid never changed the bedding in 10 days, just towels.

We have just returned from a bank holiday weekend break in Blanes where we made the mistake of staying at the Mar Ski hotel.

We stayed at the hotel Mar Ski Blanes , and we wished we had not.
We were the only British in the hotel. The entire hotel, including food and entertainment was based around Germans. We had to pay 80 euros to have a sea view, which i am glad we did, as every other room overlooked a shabby side street....
