The hotel is like a concrete jungle, the balcony furiture was filthy there was water dripping from the roof above. Paid for All inclusive but any snacks you wanted you had to pay for. Reception ceiling leaking, 4 buckets on floor. Blocks C & D serious need for refurbishment. Smelly corridors, leaking ceiling on 2nd floor, some rooms ceiling leaking, mould on shower walls. It is not fully inclusive as no snacks no late meals no drinks at the bar during meal times everthing is in a plastic cup. Try drinking wine in a plastic cup food was terrible and never very hot. At 21-30 the bar opens again (only the pool bar is open even in the evenings) so the queue is long... more
