Well lets start with the good bits staff reception - helpful and polite bar - grumpy at beginning however a smile and a thank you in spanish etc and they were great dining room - slow at clearing but pleasant and always said hello rooms - clean and basic, clean towels every day so no complaints pool area - cleaned... more

stayed at the hotel with family 5 adults 5 children ages 6-72 weather for october was very nice 31c very hot for 11 of the 14 days kids play area was great for the young ones safe and friendly pool was ok but a bit cold at first food was ok somedays better than others snacks were great burgers pizza... more

just back from our second visit to this hotel.all the same staff as last year and they are friendly if you make the effort to speak to them and not just bark drink orders etc to them.some people didn't even bother to use manners. the food not as good as last year no carvery anymore but we still found something... more

this hotel is great for the family with young chlidren the entertment was excellent the staff was friendly and the animation team was excelent and friendly the food was ok day time entertment was great and night time entertment was great too the weather was great going back next october more

This hotel is a pity as it could be very nice unfortunately it is not at all the food is not good, very repetitive. cleanliness of the dishes & cutlery not good, wine in the restaurant is undrinkable. Just spent a week in this hotel and all i will say is never again,first night in the bar and drinks were served in plastic glasses,i can tolerate this aroud the pool for health and safety but not in main bar,needless to say we went out every evening and would never again go to a hotel that have drinks in... more
