Very basic hotel, food catered more for continental, cockroaches in room, Needs a lot of updating, pool area deserted. Bed very uncomfortable, pillow hard & flat. Staff as helpful as possible. Don't go to Macdonalds in palma nova, they are the most rude, unhelpful, ignorant staff I have ever come across. Ok if youre looking for a cheap holiday. More

bathroom revolting and mouldy, very out of date hotel, beds so bad couldnt sleep, pool was very dirty scum all around edges.
