We booked a 3 night All Inclusive Easter break at this hotel directly via the Ibersol website in January 2012 and received booking confirmation documents showing that we had booked and paid for our break. We arrived on Friday 06 April by taxi from Palma airport to find that the hotel was not open as it was still under major... More
