“sleeping is a problem,so much noise”

booked a quiet room, on arrival i was told there was not one available,would i take a studio instead of a one bed appartment, no as we were not a couple. so they gave us a noisy disabled room.the guy on reception was unhelpful and rude. the swimming pool is roped of and the indoor pool is only open for...
