Rooms are very basic, but were clean and tidy on arrival. Reception staff all very friendly and welcoming. Hotel has the best location for nightlife right next to BCM and the square with just a couple of minutes walk to the strip.

Good little place, basic inside but just what we wanted. Right in the middle of the action, close to beach and the nightlife. Good pool bar, food and drinks cheap enough. The hotel is basic but you get what you pay for and the beds are clean.We went for 3 nights and the cleaners came once and changed the towels and emptied the bins which was enough for how long we stayed.The location is fantastic for the nightlife, being opposite the BCM and the Square. been to these apartments for the last 2 years and both times were very enjoyable.its not the cheapest place to stay but it is not one of the dearer places either.its good value for money.the rooms are very spacious and the aircon is a great help.only problem with the rooms is that they arnt cleaned at all.the playa is loctaed... Stayed here during summer 2012 with friends. Brilliant location right next to BCM square and the beach. Food was nice, and reasonably priced. Room was basic though what you'd expect for the price so can't complain. Would recommend for young people, not a family hotel
