great hotel,good staff,very clean and well organised..good size rooms and plenty of facilities.the biggest balcony ever.food very good plenty of choice.good position.cannot fault anything.cala dor has great beaches and beautiful coves.

Been here a week and all I can say is perfect this hotel should be 5 star. The staff are amazing & friendly nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are fantastic very spacious and unbelievable clean. Finally the food never tasted such good food. Def go half board it's well worth every penny

We have been to Cala d'Or several times, the reason being it loveiy..... 5 coves to pick from all small however they all have cafe/bar,s. The no traffic centre is brilliant for strolling and dining, or shopping. Very nice Marina to walk to with plenty of very good cafe/bars and restuarants to choose from. The customer service at Sa Marina is very good, led ably by the manageress. We had a couple of small issues (a rain pump kept us up a couple of nights which was a nightmare!) however the manageress' excellent customer service skills kicked in and we were appeased...not an easy task because im a grumpy git when tired and woken...
