We deliberately chose this hotel for its proximity to the best beach having been to Cala Rajada previously. The customer service was excellent and staff switch between languages effortlessly. As with previous post, we were very disappointed to learn that upon arrival that our room had been double booked. We were taken to an inferior sister hotel for the first night. However, the Manager was apologetic and left us a bottle of champagne in the room the next day plus a voucher for €50 for drinks in the hotel.... more

We stayed in this hotel with our 21 month old daughter. Everything about the hotel was fabulous; the location next to a beautiful beach; the friendly staff who could not do enough to help; the delicious food; the value for money; the brilliant children's spa pool which our daughter loved and the hotel and island entertainment.
