We travelled to Cala Millor in May 2012. The resort itself is an hour drive from the airport and is mainly aimed at German tourists. This hotel is not a British ran hotel nor are any of the guests British, the staff mainly speak german and all food is geared towards the german holidaymakers occupying this hotel. My husband had a run in with the staff as i was sitting at the pool before the cafe opened with a bottle of water and my inhaler... More

Room: OK, small but comfy with a nice terrace. Kind of stale smell. Small bathroom. Everything clean. Air-con was OK. Staff: Very nice, always smiling and ready to help. Having used this hotel since 1973, and, stayed there with my wife at least 20 times, I can honestly say , it could not be faulted. It is run by a family - the reception staff are all family members - the bar and dining room are supervised by family members - even the cleaning, gardening, and, maintenance, are supervised... More
