The Almazara is perfectly OK - clean, comfortable (except the pillows), I just can't see why you would stay there. It's not in Loja, it's a drive away from anywhere. It's also not actually in the countryside - the highway is about 2 minutes away and you can hear the constant, if distant drone of the traffic as you attempt...

Exceptionally friendly staff, very good food in the restaurant (including locally caught Sturgeon and Trout) and a good wine list make this a must-stop-at in the region.
