It's a good hotel for low budget trips. It´s not located in Porto, but you can easily go there with the Metro, located 1 block down from the hotel.
Nice and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was kinda poor, just bread, ham, cheese... Not a single fruit or anything different.

Great little hotel, the rooms were clean if a little old and the staff were really freindly and helpful.
It was really near a tram stop so it was great for getting around.
For the price yoou pay a pretty good bargain!

stayed at the hotel residencial davilina,found the rooms clean but basic,no complaints.
hotel was right next door to el corte ingles department store.
would.nt advise hotel for a family but ok if you want low cost accomadation in porto.
location 2mins walk from the sao de deus metro station(yellow line)where metro terminates,all day metro ticket 5euro all lines.
