I love old hotels and simple rooms. The Tazewell is a beautiful building that seems to have layers of "updates" poking through years of wear and tear. The lobby is stunning. The tazewell has a great price for a location in the center of it all. Live music venues, the MacArthur Center, USS Wisconson, Nauticus, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. The rooms are clean. Employees are kind. Great Place
