My husband and I enjoyed the Bed and Breakfast plan at the Hilton Hotel in Norfolk, VA. We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was clean and not too cold. We also enjoyed some time in the sauna. We had a great time. It was a wonderful way to spend our anniversary.

I don't usually write reviews. However, the staff was very unhelpful during our stay and the bar staff was very unprofessional and inconsistent. The shuttle was very unreliable from the Airport as well. However, the beds are very comfortable and the hotel has a lot of accommodations to offer.

This hotel was a exceptional value considring the amenities and location. Clean, quiet and up-to-date rooms. Friendly and helpful people. It would be difficult to imagine a more complete breakfast service. First rate all the way.

the place is tawdry... could hear people talking and couldn't sleep... staff seems to care less... there were also security concerns. when we called for room service they said they knew nothing about it, even though a menu was listed (from 11 PM to 6 AM)... they brought food that was inedible... the bread was as hard as a rock.... Everything was very good, staff very hepful and knowledgeable, very friendly, room situated exactly where I wanted it - spacious and clean - would stay there again- very pleased with breakdsast and store in lobby, people friendly and very accomodating

The Hilton was clean, but substandard for a Hilton, it is in need for a much needed remodel. Wallpaper is peeling off the rooms and hallways.
