Exterior walkway and elevator dirty. Room smelled along with the drapes and the bedspread. Bathroom floor needed stripping. Housekeeping staff terrible; tub not cleaned. Air did not work well. This hotel stay was a continual negative experience! The rooms were dirty and smelled of mildew. The housekeeping staff was extremely rude and used inappropriate speech around hotel customers.
