14 of us travelled for our first overseas golf trip as a group. Everything from the moment we arrived was first class. Accommodation, golf courses, staff could not be faulted. Most of the lads expressed a wish to return next year. Only downside was that the Resort was quiet but suited our needs.

Amendoeira ticks all our holiday boxes. Quiet in an exclusive way but close enough to beach, shopping centre, kids parks etc. on site could do with a little shop but that apart...pools, private and resort, two five star golf courses, range, par 3, gym, pitches, tennis courts, superb clubhouse. Returned from a 3 night stay on 8th May 2012. Both the O'Connor and Faldo courses were fantastic, particularly the Faldo. In good nick and some great views. Played off resort at Victoria as well which although was a great experience, probably didn't match the Faldo course. Apartments were top class - spacious and high quality finish.
