The hotel is very old and in a bad shap, the bathrooms are in a terrible shape /broken things/
The rooms are too tiny and not clean, having insects in which made the kids not to sleep
English is not spoken at all and German very poor
Receptionists mostly not interested in the requests of the guests

Good place in pine garden, 1st see line, very good personal, especially in the restaurant, big parking, large pool with free sunbeds&umbrellas. Hotel is perfect for family holiday.

Prices of a 4****, hotel services of a 2**. Me and my wife stayed here eight years ago, and that was a bad experience too, but we want to try if something has changed in eight years: nothing. Waiters are kind, but it seems they are just arived from the school: not expert for a 4****. Little clean on rooms...

This hotel is 2- 3-*. Rooms are very small, service is far from 4*. It located far from city centre (25 Euro by taxi). Swimming pool is dirty. Food in restaurant not fresh. Servict is really bad. You can get internet access only near lobby and speed is very low.
