Hotel a bit dated but clean and very efficient. Food cannot be faulted with lots of variety during the week. Central position fronting beach and between Piazza Mazzini and Pz Aurora with many shops and bars to meet all tastes. Rooms on the small side but with all necessities. Went for 7 days 11 - 18 Sept 09 which was... more

We’ve just returned from a week at the Ambasciatori Palace Hotel and whilst it is a decent hotel it is not 4*. We also spoke to some people there who had stayed there before and they thought it had gone downhill in the last couple of years. The location is good; it’s in a nice part of Lido de Jesolo... more

This Hotel offered everything we needed for a wonderful relaxing holiday. We paid for a side sea view room but then paid an extra 70 euros and change to a sea view room 409 very nice. This hotel is very clean and the staffs are very, very friendly and food very good and morish, dessert soooo good. The Manager is... more

we stayed there last year also and have just returned for two weeks. The hotel is not flash, rather fawlty towers looking in places as it needs updating. But you will not stay in a more friendly relaxed place than here. Right on the beach with a nice pool area its perfect for the kids. The streets with the bustling... more

We were obviously at this hotel at the same time as the previous 2 reviewers, especially as our last night was the special gala dinner to celebrate the 15th August festival. In my opinion, any "moaning" by other English guests was justified, certainly those that we heard. The hotel has everything it needs to be a great place but the... more

We have just returned from two weeks at the Ambasciatori Palace and could not fault it. The staff are friendly and helpful and cannot do enough to please. Fabio, the manager, was brilliant - always around and willing to help and chat to you. Does he ever have a day off?? The rooms were clean and spacious. Rooms have a... more

Just come back from Ambasciatori Palace v disappointed in being allocated wrong room on arrival to accomodate 3 people, this was sorted after being kept waiting for 1hr by them getting a 1/3rd bed put in our allocated twin room. This then made the room allocated cramped so I was obliged to upgrade on the 2nd day to what was... more

From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed we were made to feel special .Friendly staff led by Fabio the manager who himself was there every moment day and night with nothing being to much trouble. The hotel is very clean, the... more

My husband and I travel a lot in Europe and I can honestly say that the Ambasciatori was one of the best value hotels we have stayed in. By Italian hotel standards, the bedroom was large and the bathroom was positively palatial. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept like logs. The staff were all extremely friendly, cheerful and... more
