we stayed there on a skiing trip. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a sauna, steamroom and hot tub which was free to guests. Boot warmers in ski room. There is a great pizza restaurant round the corner with a wood fired oven.

Awesome hotel. Great price (in the off-season...no idea what peak pricing is) and it was just so nice. This was the biggest bed I slept in during my month in Italy (as a solo traveler in europe you are often stuffed into a closet with a tiny tiny bed to "sleep" on). “Perfect hotel in perfect location!”

I have stayed at Garni Laura twice and will be staying there again in August. This lovely hotel has everything you could want. It is very clean and cosy, the rooms are great, breakfast is wonderful, Fiorella the lady who runs it is very sweet and helpful. It is next to a great restaurant. We stayed for a week from 01/03/2008 to 08/03/2008 on a skiing holiday. Location: The hotel is in a very central location, about 50m from the Burz chairlift, which is very short and slightly uphill walk. The Portavescovo cable and gondola station is also quite near.
