We stayed a couple of nights in Salsello. Indeed the hotel has a bit old-fashioned design (italian 70s-80s like), but I didn't mind at all. Nice service - tasty breakfast. The beach is just across the main road (rocky beach but really nice). I would suggest it for a short visit in Bisceglie. More
