My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Romana for 6 nights. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space as well as a private bathroom. We would definitely stay at this hotel again should we have the chance to return to Minori. More

A little gem of a boutique hotel. Family run, excellent staff, highly visible and accessible management. Great position only few metres from seafront , restaurants, cafes. Nice rooftop pool with snacks/lunch, free towels, huge umbrellas. The Hotel Villa Romana is a very good European hotel away from the more touristy towns of Amalfi and Positano while still a central location to visit all the other towns along the coast. this is not a 4 star hotel, although it does have a 5 star looking website. it is however just what i expected for the price. a decent room. the staff was absolutely great. the breakfast buffet was quality and had quite a variety considering it was free. the pool area is quite nice. can have food served pool side.... we had a lovely room overlooking the pool but did not sit there as the flowering climber was home to ants - it was not a problem as we spent very little time in the room. lovely helpful staff on reception and in the dining room. we enjoyed the food and ate there every evening as we had half board....
