Maybe I'm just spoiled by the other CI&Ss. The breakfast was below normal, the AC in my room didn't work that well, and there was no happy hour (5-6:30). The staff was OK, but not what I'm use to from CI&S. This is not a bad hotel by any means, just not what I've experienced from the others.
