I can't understand the negative reviews, although we only stayed for one night driving down through France. I would not it recommend for a long holiday. Yes, it's very French, but it's in France!! Spent 2 nights in this hotel on our return from Biarritz to Cerbourg to catch the ferry home after 2 weeks in the south of France.
