A very comfortable and quiet room; staff were particularly helpful. We were travelling with our dogs and they were easily accommodated as promised by the on-line brochure. We would recommend this very modern clean hotel.

We booked this hotel for a good night's sleep before returning to the UK. Its easy to find, at the back of the Cite Europe shopping complex. Good room, nice Check in, but in the morning asking for a coffee and the staff was more concerne chating then helping the guests, paid 3.60 for a horrible coffee. Not sure if I'll be back, staff is the most important part in a hotel and cleary they let down the hotel.

Having driven up from the Dordogne on that Friday, all we wanted was a drink, a reasonable meal and a comfortable bed. Stayed at this Ibis hotel several times over the years when crossing by tunnel with the car(4 visits so far this year) as it makes a good starting and returning point for our travels. An excellent hotel in every respect with value for money if booked in advance and prepaid as part of the deal. I recommend it to tripadvisor.

You have the most difficult on-line booking system that I have ever used. If you are full just say so, don't give inflated prices to deter me. Otherwise you have a great business ethic: comfortable rooms, excellent service, value for money & decent food. The spirits shelf was a bit lacking with no Irish or Bourbon whiskey!
