We stayed here with my partner's family booked through Crystal Ski, the hotel is slightly out of the way of the main ski lift area however it has it's own runs at the Graukogel which is a mere 5 mins walk away. To be positive, the hotel has a great outdoor swimming pool with lovely views over the valley. Also very polite and helpful staff / owners. As my title suggests, this hotel was up there with Fawlty Towers!!!
