The hotel has a great location and you can walk to most key placesnis rishikesh. The rooms are spacious and all rooms in the main block have private balconies overlooking the ganga....the general level of cleanliness and hygine were below average and the service was tacky. The food is also average, stay here for the location and the views!

We stayed here in April 2013. It was a terrible experience. Could not continue stay for more than one night. AC did not work. Geyser did not produce hot water when needed. Arguably the best location in Rishikesh. The Ganga is so close, the breeze, the view, the sound of river, riverfront walk, the ram jhula. Simply awesome The staff is courteous, food is ok. Tip: Take the AC room on first floor only (you may not need it), take it for the view.

Rude, nonco-operative, unfriendly people at the Reception. Dirty Cottage rooms. Good Location & property doesnt help when the experience is bad. Will not recommend anyone to stay here if you wanna have a stress-free & enjoyable holiday.
