This hotel is clean and nice but the service just isn't there. The frontdesk acts like they are in "lala-land" and had no answers to my questions on my Holiday Inn/Priority Club points and perks. I think some training is needed. More

This is an older Holiday Inn that has been "updated". However, these updates were done very poorly.
