Worst hotel experience ever. The hotel staff took it upon themselves to downgraded my reservation from 2 Queen beds to 1 King Bed for 4 people. The first night there, I saw a mouse in my room, contacted the front desk and they moved me to a lesser quality room (without a refrigerator). The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The only problem and kind of a big problem was the noise factor.
