Thanks to Debbie & Les for a great experience in Damascus, Va. Their B&B is well run, clean, quiet and convenient to the Creeper Trail. Spent two days relaxing, riding our bikes and eating some delicious food for breakfast.....well done! Can't wait to go back. More

We rode the Virginia Creeper and afterward spent the night at Apple Tree. Deb & Les were absolutely professional, courteous and gracious. The room was clean, comfortable and we lacked for nothing. Deb's breakfast in the morning was wonderful. We found the Apple Tree to be a real treasure ! We will stay there again !!! More

We arrived late on July 4th, Debbie and Les showed us around their home which was very nice. They were very helpful in suggesting area places that were still open for dinnerm since every thing closed up early for the 4th. The room, bedroom accomodations and the food was phemononal, even the Dog was a sweetheart and well behaved. Would... More

The Apple Tree Bed & Breakfast is the quintessential example of a B&B. While I only stayed one night, I was very pleased with the accommodations. The room was clean, and roomy. The bed was comfortable and cozy. There were, of course, rules to be followed. But, with any old house, especially ones that are some people's livelihood, precautions need... More

Comfortable bed, outstanding breakfast, cosy atmosphere, lovely gardens, pleasant hosts, knowledgeable area information, excellent value, perfect halfway stop from DC to Atlanta. We loved it and plan on returning often. More

Location is superb. However, that is just about the only positive thing to come out of our stay here. The host, Debby, either complained about her own B&B or about her husband the entire time. The icing on the cake was when, upon arrival, we were greeted by their very large dog, who, was according to Debby, "sniffing us out... More

My first conversation with Debbie and she was complaining about her husband and how she did EVERYTHING. Then she went on to say that this is not her retirement this is her job. When I arrived in the middle of the day she explained she was upstairs asleep. When I went downstairs to meet up with my friends I met... More

My wife and I have stayed at the Apple Tree B&B twice and had a wonderful stay. This B&B is not full of frills and is an outstanding cost/lodging/breakfast you can experience. We found the owners, Debbie and Les, to be courteous and attentive to our needs. The breakfast provided was excellent and we had great conversations around the table... More

My wife and I have visited the Apple Tree B&B at least nine (9) times over the past 12 months. We usually spend two (2) nights each time and look forward to the next visit with great anticipation. Every stay has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms are neat as a pin and thoughtfully appointed, with rates that are... More

We stayed here with our 3 adult children in the midst of a family 5 day hiking trip on the AT. The accommodations were spotless and the owners were helpful, thoughtful and gracious. They recommended a wonderful place for dinner. The breakfast was generous and delicious. We even could have laundry washed for a mere $3. The beds were comfortable... More
