The walls in this hotel are not very sound-proof. I could hear my neighbors having a conversation every night. They were not even talking loud or shouting. no elevator in the hotel and no pay per view movies on the tv. also the a/c wouldnt stay on for more then 5 minute intervals so i could not stay cool more

Asked for a non-smoking room and when I got into the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. Manager said they could not get me into a non-smoking room. The bed springs were worn out and the mattress frame was dirty. Even the guest above my floor had worn out springs because it creaked every time they got up or rolled... more
