This is the second time I've stayed at this property - the first was on the 3rd floor and today I'm on the 1st floor. Double full bed room is identical. The room was fine and comfortable with hard and soft choices for pillows. The problem was getting into it. !! Check in seems to be a fairly rigid 4 pm..
