The staff at this hotel is excellent. They go the extra mile to make sure guests of the area understand what is around and how to get there! We stayed at this property in June. While parked in their secure garage our gas was siphoned and we lost a full tank of fuel. Management would not even return our calls. We called no less then 10 times and never received a call back. The room had bed bugs in one of the beds. In summary a dump! more

This hotel is right across the street from UVA, which is great, but rooms are pricey and fill up quickly. We were overpowered by the smell of chlorine when we entered through the parking deck. Sometimes, jacuzzi suites are hard to find. This one is excellent. Giant tub for two in the room with king size bed. There is also a pool and whirlpool on the premises. Close to several good restaurants. (No room service on the weekends - a major negative). more
