Carpet smells like dog or cat urine. Room and hallway are worn. No one seems to be taking care of this place. Go somewhere else. more

I stayed here for a night when helping my daughter move into the dorms at Dartmouth. This hotel has paper-thin walls. I could hear the TV from the room next door as though I had my TV on. In addition, it is run-down and not clean. Pick somewhere else to stay--the Comfort Suites right around the corner is much nicer... more

The first room I was given had rumbs all over the floor and the bathroom was DISGUSTING! Think of the movie "Trainspoting". We could not fault this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. We got the biggest suite in the hotel which had a fireplace between the bedroom and sitting area. Our stay was very pleasant. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and that is very important to us. The bed was very comfortable. At breakfast the attendant was right there making sure everything was fully stocked. This allowed us to eat quickly and be on our way. Looking forward to a future stay. more

During our stay here the elevator motor malfunctioned sending smoke throughout the building and setting off the fire alarms, I know not a big deal who hasn't been at a hotel when the fire alarm has gone off.
