If you are looking for a budget place in Rutland, this is a good option (at least based on my experience). I see that some guests have complained about the cleanliness of this place; granted, I came across a daddy longlegs in the shower and a few strands of hair on my towel, but otherwise, I had no complaints in... I stayed here twice here in the last month. The first time, there was hair on the bathroom floor. I figured I could overlook that for the price. The second time, I'd unloaded everything from my car and was all settled in before I realized that there was so much hair on the sheets that there was no way they... More

My wife and I stayed there two nights at the end of July 2012. The pool in the photos is dirt and had about a year of plant-life growth in it. The manager says that they're "replacing the lining". With that kind of growth I highly doubt it. The room seemed very old. The carpet was stained the bedding was... More

Checked into one room, carpet stained, windows broken. Demanded to be moved to a different room. Next room I got had carpet stains, towels were stained, bedding had stains. I pulled back the fitted sheet and there was bedbugs. Pointed the bedbugs out to mgr on duty, was refunded my stay and I left.

I stayed at this place with my husband and our kids. The web site shows a nice place to sit to eat the 'free continental breakfast' which there was no such place. The free breakfast consisted if a loaf of white bread a loaf of wheat and some no frills honey buns. As far as cleanliness, it was ok. There... More

This motel was nice although the rooms were a bit different in terms of the amenities offered. I found mine to be cozy, the bed comfy and I was equipped with a coffee-maker, microwave, mini fridge, AC and toiletries. My boyfriend explained that his room did not have a coffee maker, the fridge was half the size of mine and... More

The room was dirty. There was a trampled biscuit on the floor, the bed sheets smelled musty, the bathroom was full of mold and we found quite a few hairs from prior occupants. Though the bed was firm, we didn’t sleep as well as we could have because we just were not sure about the cleanliness of the bed sheets.... More

This place was DISTGUSTINGLY DIRTY!!!! The bathroom ceiling was FALLING DOWN!! The shower/tub looked like it had NEVER been washed. The owners obviously don't care what shape this place is in. I am VERY surprised it has NOT been shut down. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! The "continental breakfast" consisted of a donut (which had bites taken out of it)... More

This place is pretty shabby. Rooms are small and in need of some serious updating but they're clean, as long as you keep your shoes on. We were travelling with 5 other couples and everyone found the beds super comfortable. Some of the long-term guests were a little scary-looking and overall, the place is a dump but at $54/night, we... More
