Checked into one room, carpet stained, windows broken. Demanded to be moved to a different room. Next room I got had carpet stains, towels were stained, bedding had stains. I pulled back the fitted sheet and there was bedbugs. Pointed the bedbugs out to mgr on duty, was refunded my stay and I left.

The room was dirty. There was a trampled biscuit on the floor, the bed sheets smelled musty, the bathroom was full of mold and we found quite a few hairs from prior occupants.
