Above Average for a clean no frills room at a great price. We don't 'do' VT for the sleeping accomodations! If all you need is a place to shower and sleep you can't beat this place. Bonus: there is a tavern on premise where you can grab a bite to eat and have a drink - friendly place, too.
We stay here year after year for ski trips to nearby Killington mountain. It is very affordable, the rooms are clean, and the adjoining tavern is a big bonus! We can return to Clear River after skiing all day and get food and brews for the remainder of the evening, literally outside our door. Oftentimes, live music is offered too....
