I stayed at the Chalet for 2 nights in January and I found it totally comfortable and and actually a great value for what you get. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were basic and VERY dated, but clean and sufficient. The bathroom was a bit dilapedated, but completely functional and clean. Breakfast was included in the price and... more

Stayed here for the first time with a friend for our annual ski/getaway trip to Killington. The hotel we used to stay at had closed and as my dog loves the area as much as I do and always comes with us, we needed a dog friendly hotel. I absolutely loved it at the Chalet Killington and I'm so glad... more

Stayed here for three nights. As everyone says, one of the highlights was the breakfast. Made to order from the standards with oj coffee and so on. The room was what a chalet is. Wood lined, bathroom, closet, beds and a tv. We were there MLK weekend and no noticable noise problems so just like any hotel of age, you... more

This place was great! The rooms were some what out dated, but the rest of the atmosphere made up for it. There is a big fire in the main lodge you can sit around after a day of skiing. They are fairly lax on drinking a couple beers in the lodge as well, although I think if things got too... more

My husband and I just returned home from our stay at Chalet Killington and our experience was GREAT!!!!! The rooms were small but still cozy (how much time are you really gonna spend in your room anyway?). The rooms are clean, and there were fresh linens everyday (the hotel itself is a little dated but that is part of its... more

From the second you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile. We brought our Dog away for the first time, and was pretty nervous- that ended just as soon as we got there. The restaurant was a fun atmosphere and has great food. By the way ..Breakfast is the best I have had anywhere!!! It is a... more

My Wife, our Dog and I stayed at the Chalet Killington from 2/2/09 to 2/5/09. I rate the experience as Average because there were a number of good things, as well as a number of bad things. To start with the bad we found the hotel to be very very noisy. Not in the sense that people were parting but... more

We stayed at the Chalet Killington over the 3-day MLK weekend for a skiing trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. We arrived after 9 pm Friday night, and even though it was -3 degrees F outside, the young lady behind the front desk volunteered to come out and help us with our bags. The hotel itself is warm but modest. The... more

We absolutely recomend Chalet Killington to all! The staff is very helpful, warm and friendly. If you have a dog this is the best place for your canine friend. They will walk your dog and make sure your pet is comfortable in it's surroundings. The rooms are neat and clean and the proximity to the mountain is a bonus. All... more

My husband and I stayed there between Christmas and New Years this year and had a wonderful time in Vermont. We had read reviews for this hotel before we came and thought we knew what to expect. Here is the good and the bad: Good: The location of this hotel is great, being only a few minute drive to skiing... more
