This B&B Inn is in a quiet spot where it is easy to relax, yet it's close enough to area attractions when you are looking for something to do - the Hilldene Mansion (Lincoln Estate), galleries, music festivals, Manchester Center shopping outlets, hiking, skiing, and horses are all not far. The rooms are clean and well kept with comfortable beds.... More

We have stayed at a number or properties in the area but this is our inn of choice. The rooms are comfortable if a bit dated, the inn keepers are great hosts and fabulous cooks and the location is perfect. Be sure to book dinner during your stay and in summer take advantage of the nearby Dorset Theatre Festival for... More

This is a clean, relaxing, un-fussy place to stay in the elegant and lovely town of Dorset. The best thing about staying here is that, after over-indulging in the fruits of Ray Chen's considerable culinary talents, it's only steps to a comfortable bed, and a few hours until you can return to the dining room for innkeeper Christal's delicious breakfast. The rooms and interior of the West View Farm could use a face-lift (or two). However, the driving force behind the experience is the restaurant's food, expertly prepared by the chef/owner. More

In late June 2008, my husband and I stayed for three nights at the Inn at West View Farm in Dorset, Vermont. The previous year we stayed five miles south at the Barnstead Inn in Manchester, but this year we decided to try out the quaint and quiet town of Dorset. I’m very glad we did! Dorset is such the... Stayed here for unfortunately only one night, but we loved the inn, the restaurant, the lovely town of Dorset, and the warm owners. Traditional, classic New England inn in every respect. We stayed on one of the hottest, most humid days of the year, and while the upstairs was roasting, our room A/C had been turned in and was a... More

On the recommendation of a local friend we went in for dinner. The Inn is located in the village of Dorest very picturesque and charming. I had one of the most outstanding dinners I have ever had. There is a huge difference in most inns where Mom is in the kitchen trying to feed all the guests and this inn.... More

My friends and I stayed at the inn this past weekend on our annual shopping trip. The Manchester shopping outlets are only 5 minutes away. The inn was perfect for us. The rooms were clean, relaxing and comfortable. The innkeeper, Christal, is friendly and always around to answer questions and help guests enjoy their visit. We enjoyed two delicious and... More
