Reasonable rate, especially for a holiday weekend. Friendly innkeepers. Cute, although lackluster "downtown" area right outside the door. Great launching pad for trips to Manchester and the surrounding area. No need to pay excessively high prices at fancier locations. Room was a good size, simple but comfortable. Would return.

Although we had to cancel our two reservawtions because of medical reasons there was no hesitation in returning our deposit. While making our reservation Jean gave us many tips about what to do in the area. Both she and Jim have a great sense of humor. We look forward to staying with them in the future.
