This is essentially a second floor studio apt. accessed by a rear external(and open) wooden stairway. The property is located about two miles from the center of Burlington but is a stone's throw from the Winooski neighborhood. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. There is a full kitchen with an eating counter but does not have a microwave.... More

We stayed in August when we dropped our daughter off for college and were very happy with our choice. The owners were very nice, the place is very beautifully decorated, and you can walk across the bridge to the stores and restaurants in Winooski. Granola in the cupbord, milk in the fridge and a coffee press for caffeine to make... More

We typically like staying in B&B's or apartments when we travel and the Dubuque Lane Guest House is a very nice one. It is basically one large room on the second floor subtly divided into a sleeping area, a sitting area and the kitchen. It is very clean and newly finished with very comfortable furnishings--all you would need for a... More

We stayed at Dubuque Lane Guest House on a short trip to Burlington. We found the owners warm and welcoming but yet discreet. The location is riverside and very quiet. The room is very clean, nicely decorated and full of arts and books. Attention is paid to the food which is biologic and local. I would return to this place... More

Stay here above any other place in Burlington! All you'll get if you stay at an Inn or other B&B in Burlington is a room and bathroom. But here you essentially get an apartment! Full kitchen, living room, eating area, free wi-fi, parking right downstairs...so spacious! Jennifer and Gregg have a terrific place to offer at a great price. They... More

We could not have been luckier to have found this secret oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. The Dubuque Lane Guest House is a true hidden luxury and far exceeds any tradition hotel or bed and breakfast accommodations. The minute you arrive at the Dubuque you get a sense of comfort and “ownership”. As you enter... More

Last weekend, I went to Burlington, Vermont to see my daughter at UVM. I am one to seek out a small B&B rather than a hotel/motel. I heard of the Dubuque Lane Guest House through another B&B owner who had no vacancy and did I find a true gem. The Dubuque Lane Guest House was exactly what I needed. It... More
