We spent 2 nights at the Inn at Lovers Lane while taking our son to Middlebury college for his freshman year. We had hoped to stay in Middlebury but all accommodations were booked so we looked further afield. Reviews in Tripadvisor led us to this Inn and we were very glad they did. The Inn is situated about 8 miles... More

We rode in on our bicycles, and were greeted with a warm hello, and a safe place to store our bicycles. Shortly thereafter, choco-chip cookies and fresh coffee - what an excellent way to begin a visit. Stayed in the blue room, which was plenty large for me and my husband. The room (and house) was spotless and large. Sure... More

We stayed at The Inn at Lovers' Lane for two nights during a friend's wedding. This B&B was lovely. We stayed in the blue room, billed as their coziest, and found it quite comfortable, with plenty of space to stow our bags, hang clothes, and walk around the room. The bathroom is, indeed, tiny, but had everything we needed. The... More

We stayed at the Inn to attend a performance at Middlebury College. We love the Champlain Valley with its view of the Adirondacks. We slept really well--it was very comfortable; the hosts are super accommodating and focused on details that made our stay easy and really pleasant. More

My husband & I, and friends had a wonderful stay at this charming inn. The Inn has a beautiful view of Adirondacks. Rooms and facilities were very comfortable and clean. But the best of all was their breakfasts and the dinner that they help us host for the Trinity Colllege swim team during NESCAC swim finals when at Middlebury College.... More

John and Pam Freilich were excellent hosts at their vintage Vermont farmhouse B&B. My wife and I stayed three nights and were treated to varied homemade delicious breakfasts, while watching goldfinches in their garden and a full view of the Adirondack Mountains. The Inn is tucked in cozy maples just 10 minutes from Middlebury, VT. to the East and Lake... More

Pam and John are great Innkeepers--welcoming,helpful and understanding. Their home is lovingly furnished and sooooo comfortable.Although our time in the area limited our stay for one night we left with regrets that we could not be there longer. As Innkeepers ourselves with a B&B in the Bahamas we know the importance of exceeding guests expectations and Pam &John do this... More

Walking into the main entrance of this B&B, we were instantly comfortable and eager to see the rest. Pam and John have it decorated and furnished with eye appealing touches and interesting books to borrow. They are seasoned innkeepers who know the value of friendliness, cleanliness and well-prepared meals. I loved our room. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was great,... More

We have stayed at this bed and breakfast many times (about 4-5 times a year) since October of 2001. The inn is immaculate, superb cuisine, hosts with hospitality beyond measure - can't do enough for their guests. They also have a welcoming committee of two wonderful dogs. The setting is beautiful in the Champlain Valley of Vermont - a very... More
