If I had been able, I would have rated the staff at this hotel more then the allowable five stars. They were fantastic! Can't say enough about the wonderful service we received from the desk clerk when we arrived. We had gotten turned around in Cedar City (Holiday Inn express there hard to get to) and they (H.I. call centre) were fantastic in re-booking for us in Washington and cancelling our hotel in Cedar City.
