Location was very nice and close to Bryce Canyon. Host's were not around much but that was okay for us. Air conditioning was set centrally and kept the room at a comfortable level during our two day stay. They did give us information on the two restaurants to eat at in town. The breakfast was all homemade, very good and...

To be fair, I am not a huge fan of B & B's in general. They aren't my first pick of places to stay. That said, the breakfast was fine. I don't really like huge breakfasts anyway and there was just enough to satisfy everyone at the tables. But, as mentioned by previous reviewers, you really are confined to your...

We stayed 2 nights Oct. 1 and 2 2011. The owners were very friendly and nice. The rooms were quaint but well appointed, and the view was great. The breakfast was very good. We had never stayed at a B&B before, so had nothing to compare to, but I would definitely stay there again.

Although website was great, facilities were basic: rooms were noisy because of thin walls, lacked privacy and need to be updated. Arrival was haphazard (no-one there to meet us). No facilities anywhere e.g. to make a cup of tea, no sitting space in room. Breakfasts were good but late (if you needed to get away earlier). Hosts not available for...

no amenities such as a hair dryer, no comfortable chair to sit on, the hosts were nowhere to be found after we checked in, no where to hang your clothes, pitiful TV, breakfast promptly at 8:00 very inconvenient although it was a very full breakfast. Next time we'd stay closer to Bryce Canyon and pay more.

We stayed two nights in a room facing the mountains. The air conditioning came on during the day and went off at night which was perfect. We were on the bottom floor and heard some conversation from above but it was not a problem; typical of what we have experienced in all hotels. The room was clean and there was...
