Stayed 3 nights in October. Comfortable room, but the highlight of the stay was the superb breakfast that Penny provided every morning. Penny sourced top quality local ingredients and made them into a meal that set us up for the day. She is very knowledgeable about the area and directed us to some excellent walks which allowed us to make... More

We very much enjoyed our evening at the Muley Twist Inn. We stayed one night on what was supposed to be a camping trip because the area had so much rain. The innkeeper was gracious enought to allow me to use the microwave to prepare dinner. Relaxing in rocking chair on the wraparound porch was delightful. The bedrooms are sized... More

First of all, it's helpful to have an address for Muley Twist Inn as it's a bit difficult to find without one. In "downtown" Teasdale, find a street labeled 125 South. There will be a sign for Pine Shadow Cabins (although not one for Muley Twist Inn). Just past the cabins, there is a sign. Turn at 200 West, and... More

We stayed for a week with our 6 and 9 year old kids and it was fantastic. Penny has a lovely B&B located in Teasdale which is less than 10mins outside of Torrey. It is situated away from the main thoroughfare on a large plot of land up against a beautiful rocky ridge. It is at the very end of... More

What a treat it was to leave from, come back to, and to stay at the Muley Twist Inn during our 5 day stint in the Capitol Reef area in April. The public rooms as well as the bedrooms/baths are very attractive, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Penny's breakfasts are incredible, with freshly baked muffins every morning accompanying a well balanced,... More

This is a great inn with terrific views in a peaceful location. The rooms were lovely and comfortable (no TV but who cares). The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The proprietor was wonderful and also very helpful when I became ill and needed to find a doctor out in the wide open spaces of southern utah. If you plan on... More

Great B&B with view from the front porch. Penny is an excellent cook (can't beat the great breakfasts) and host. It is definitely the best place to stay for a visit to the Capitol Reef area. My wife who is an interior designer was impressed by the decor and the beds. It is a real treat to sit on the... More

We stayed about eight nights at Eric and Penny's first-rate B&B while hiking in Capitol Reef NP in Sept 2009. The house, setting, rooms, and meals are fabulous, and they are, too. They run the B&B in the spring/summer and work in the skiing world in Colorado in the late fall/winter. They are outdoors people themselves, and they have plenty... More

I've stayed at the Muley Twist Inn several times and each time it was just perfect. Eric and Penny are wonderful hosts and give you lots of space to just relax. The rooms are well-decorated and very comfortable. The views are also spectacular. More

Stayed one quiet, fabulous nite at the Muley Twist Inn. We arrived early (3pm'ish) and noted that the front door was locked. It does say 4pm check-in, but Eric graciously opened the door and said they were ready for us. HINT: if you arrive early, go ahead and drive out -- grab a nice rocking chair on the front porch,...
