I stayed in the Tolley Cabin for a workshop that was being held at the inn. The grounds are really well kept, the inn keepers are charming, the breakfast is very good (although if you are health-oriented, it can be a little much) and the location is wonderful. Ed was very gracious when I called, helping me figure out transportation,... More

We had two separate rooms, both for just one night. The inn keeper was very helpful and friendly, orienting us to the inn as well as restaurants within walking distance. Both rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was very good -- a full hot breakfast served in a lovely sitting room. This would be a particularly good choice for... More

Although our stay with Green Gate was only for one night, it left a great impression on us. We stayed in the Tolley Cabin, which is one of the many quaint buildings on the property. Check-in was even a fun experience -- pick up the phone in the little red phone booth out front and our friendly host promptly came... More

We hadn't really intended to spend much time in St. George. But when Zion national park was full up for the weekend it became necessary to find a spot for two days. We owe it to our trip advisor brethren for pointing us towards the green gate Village historic inn. It's an interesting assemblage of historic buildings around well-maintained landscaping.... More

Stayed in Tolley Cabin for 5 nights in September at the start of a two-week trip northward through Utah, and we can only echo the positive comments made by others. Our cabin faced into Green Gate Village's meticulously maintained courtyard and overlooked the swimming pool. Warm & welcoming, with an extra room in the cabin for larger families to stay... More

This was the first time we have ever stayed at a bed & breakfast. We stayed in Tolley Cabin. The breakfast was great. The baked apples and especially the way they were served was so special! The innkeepers made our stay so comfortable. They are very warm people. The location was very good for Zion National park, Cedar Breaks Monument,... More

I have never left a review, but I just had too for this little place. If you like history, you will not be disappointed. My husband and I went on a getaway weekend while we were out visiting family in Utah County. This was such a great place to stay. Ed and Lindy were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. We checked... This bed and breakfast was a charming place to stay. Ed and Lindy were wonderful hosts and breakfast was such a nice treat in the morning! Lindy was helpful in providing local suggestions for things to do. We definately hope to stay with them again! More

We live very close and wanted to get away the weekend after Labor Day, but could not go on a long trip. We made the trip down to St. George and had a great stay. Very nice, clean place with great food and baked goods along with very nice people. Will be back again soon...when we need another short vacation! More

What a charming place Green Gate Village is. Each building has a history of the place and is decorated perfectly. The owners Ed and Lin Sandstrom bend over backwards for you. They also helped get discounted tickets for the Tuacahn Outdoor Plays. In the morning the breakfast was wonderful. Right across the street is a charming park, and it's very... More
