The motel as a whole is not that bad but could use some remodeling. The rooms are big enough but the bathroom was small. Ok, everything worked but was very old. And for $67 +tax you can expect a bit more. Two years ago we stayed at Aikens Lodge across the street and we liked that one better. more

Carpet was filthy, with holes in it. Entire room smelled of chemicals, But the main fault was the TV was inoperable, and management refused to fix or replace. This was an average place to stay -- cheaper than most of the other motels. The room was average. Had a TV, bed, Internet and bathroom -- all the things I need. Has a pool -- though small in size.
