We stayed at the Victorian Charm Inn. It looks great from the outside. We were in an upstairs room, there is no elevator. The Jacuzzi tub is part of the bedroom, no privacy there! We had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and I while I don't have a very clear recollection of that stay, I don't remember any problem. Nice enough place, views are terrible from the rooms, parking is in a dark back area, staff seemed aloof, preoccupied and unprofessional. Room had ironing board & iron (small version), no hair dryer. Room had jacuzzi but no tub and shower for bathing. Fireplace was "broke." Numerous signage indicated what one was not allowed to do in room or inn. This hotel was terrible, the bed was extremely hard, most of the furnishings were broken in some way, the tv was very small and placed so that you couldnt comfortably watch from the bed. The jacuzzi tub was broken. All in all a very uncomfortable room and experience. And, to top it all off... A freakin rooster began calling about... more
