Don't be fooled by the photos on their website, this place is furnished more like a college rental, down to the worn raggedy towels, missing curtains, and flabby blue overstuffed naugahyde couch. The structure itself still has integrity and charm, sitting on the main street with a front porch and rocking chairs. But it needs some plastering and paint and the cheap dark paneling throughout the upstairs (including a double accordion dark panel door with a closet full of somebody's dusty shirts) needs to go. In the dining area there was little privacy as one entire curtain was missing and the other window had only sheers (a home for troubled youth across the street, not the best feeling.) The kitchen seemed to be the place where unwanted gifts go to die--as well as numerous old sports bottles and scruffy plastic novelties.
