The Red Canyon Lodge is in a beautiful setting near Flaming Gorge. The Alpine cabins are small but comfortable. The Ponderosa cabins are not too much more expensive and much larger. great place for a family. although it is bit expensive, it is well worth the money spent. we like the lakes and the hiking trails. red canyon visit center is not far away. there are many trails. wish that the trails are better marked and better described.
