Hands down the proximity to Bryce is great, a couple of miles from the entrance. And you will pay dearly fir the location because they own the motel, gas station, general store, restaurant.

Very large property, I think every tour bus in the world stops here to eat and sleep. This is a hugh property with buildings scattered over a very large area.
